💄 BridalBooker Machine – Terms & Conditions for MUAs

Welcome to BridalBooker Machine (BBM), a lead-sharing platform designed exclusively for makeup artists across Tamil Nadu.

🔐 1. Lead Claim & Lock Policy

• Each MUA can claim up to 4 leads per 24 hours
• Claimed leads are locked for 48 hours exclusively for you
• Contact only through provided WhatsApp icon
• Phone numbers are never displayed
• Auto-release after 48 hours if no action taken
• Leads marked as "Booked" or "Not Interested" stay permanently locked

🔄 2. Lead Visibility & Claim Limits

• Maximum 2 MUAs can claim each lead
• Re-opening only if event date is still valid (not within 1-2 days)

🚫 3. Platform Usage Rules

• Strictly prohibited: Sharing lead details outside BBM
• No external calling, number exporting, or mass messaging
• Any spam complaints from leads may result in account suspension
• Misuse may lead to temporary or permanent blacklisting

📊 4. Activity Monitoring

• Lead claim count tracked during subscription period
• Data used for disputes regarding performance and lead quality
• MUAs who don't follow up on claimed leads may face restrictions

🎁 5. Lead Guarantee & Plan Management

• We guarantee minimum leads per plan
• Plan extension/compensation if targets not met
• Plans can be paused once with advance notice
• Money once paid will not be refunded. Lead Claiming is the only form of compensation.

💬 6. Support & Communication

• Support through official BBM WhatsApp only
• Tips and updates shared via YouTube Channel
• Regular success strategies and platform updates

⚖️ 7. Fair Use & Dispute Resolution

• System manipulation may result in blacklisting
• All disputes handled based on BBM data logs
• Fair environment maintained for all MUAs and leads
